I was not at all excited to do my weigh in this morning. I was sure I would see some weight gain, and the idea of publishing my failure for my readers was definitely not appealing to me. I should have thought of that before I promised to be accountable! The good news is….I didn’t gain! I am 159.8, down from 160.2. It’s not much of a loss, but it’s a loss and that’s what matters!
Now I need to embrace this success and stay on track for an even bigger loss next week. I plan to try and get a night out with my husband, so I will throw caution to the wind and enjoy myself for one evening, but for the rest of the week I will stay focused. I will use the kinect for exercise, along with snow shoveling and housework…because these are realistic methods for me to be active and still do what I need to around the house.
