I had planned to post daily about what I have eaten and what exercise I’ve done. The truth is, one of those lists would be too long and one too short…I’ll let you figure out which is which.

Of course, I have my excuses…I have a terrible cold, and my youngest hurt himself, and my husband was sick, and now I’ve hurt my hand … and a box of chocolate came from Hersheys today, not to mention the goodies that came from Glenny’s the other day. It is healthy, so I can eat a lot of it, right?

I am good at excuses.

Tomorrow I am going to do better. This is a promise to myself, more than anything, but I will post at the end of the day and let you know how I did.
