You are about to find out why I need to lose weight…

Today I had:

  • 3 cups of coffee
  • 2 glasses of diet pepsi
  • a bowl of fruit loops (I’m so embarrassed to type that)
  • about 8 triscuits and cheese
  • a very large portion of shepherd’s pie
  • a handful of potato chips

Exercise I did:

  • shovelled snow for half an hour

Hmmmm….I’ll do better tomorrow.
