As you will know if you are a regular reader, I have a love affair with chocolate. I believe it knows when I need it, because it often arrives right when I want it most (and the fact that I may be in the variety store with money in hand has nothing to do with it). I particularly like the Bloomsberry Chocolate because of the fun way it is packaged.
I received a nondescript brown box with the word “Chocfidential” stamped on top. This alone was amusing to me, and I told the kids that the contents were a secret that I couldn’t share…
After they badgered me into opening the box, we found two bars of chocolate. One bar was milk chocolate and one was dark chocolate. They were both sweet and delicious chocolate bars. One was labeled “Emergency Chocolate” and the other was labeled “Lusty”. Hmmm….not appropriate for the kiddos who wanted to know what it means, but entirely appropriate for Valentine’s Day, which is the whole idea. Bloomsberry has a variety of fun labels that were both fun and fitting for Valentine’s Day. I have picked out some of my favourites here (be sure to read the small print)…
I love “tongue in cheek” humour and I was very amused while reading all of the fun labels at Bloomsberry. Bloomsberry chocolate is not just funny, it is also delicious! Bloomsberry & Co. is all natural, kosher certified, premium chocolate. The proprietary Milk chocolate in the United Sates is blended with 34% cocoa. The Dark chocolate formulation is crafted at a 55% cocoa level.
I love a good success story, and Bloomsberry & Co. definitely falls into that category. Here is what they say about their company online:
There we were, a happy designer chocolate bar company minding our own business in beautiful New Zealand. Then you found us and ripped our bars right out from under our noses and suddenly they were in your hands, all over the world. At first we didn’t suspect a thing. Then we started getting crazy emails from people raving about the stuff and wanting it in bizarre and exotic places like Manchester, Melbourne, Paris, Singapore and New York. Requests, requests and more requests. Flattery. Compliments. Gosh, a company can only take so much.
So now we’re in all those places and spreading like wildfire. We have since discovered there’s a whole Bloomsberry community out here in the wide wonderland of the web and we thought it was about time we talked.
