As a Mom to three boys, I know how limited clothing options can be for boys. When Eric was little, the only options were overalls with cute little cartoons all over them, or track suits. It was easy and inexpensive, but clothes shopping was never very fun. While things have improved quite a bit over the last two decades, the boys’ section in the stores is still considerably smaller than the girls. It’s funny that I can spend hours shopping for my daughter because of all of the choices, but the boys have to settle most of the time.

The Boy’s Store recognized the lack of boy’s specialty stores, and created a store just for boys! I love that, and I really love the choices they have available in their store. They offer clothing for boys from newborn all the way up to size 18, so you can dress your son in their clothes through his whole childhood! And you can get everything you need there too.

They have tshirts and sweaters and button up shirts; jackets and coats; jeans and pants; socks and shoes; pajamas; bathing suits; underwear and even hats. They carry accessories and toys too, so you really could do all of your shopping with them!

Kellen needed some new jeans, so I chose the Industry Blue Jeans by ITJeans from The Boy’s Store. You can see them on the left. Here are the details from their store:

“Industry” Blue Jeans by ITJeans

  • Lightly Distressed Blue Denim Pants
  • 5 Pocket Jeans
  • 100% Cotton – Imported

I love the distressed look to them, and I thought Kellen would like them. They arrived and he does like them, but they are a little big. Kellen is tall and very skinny, so often his pants don’t fit around the waist, and that is the case with these as well. They fit nicely in length, but he needs a belt to keep them up. They don’t have the adjustable waist that we usually find in jeans, but Kellen likes that because he doesn’t like how the elastic feels inside. I prefer adjustable waists, but a belt works just as well.

I think he looks really nice in these jeans (I know I’m biased, but I don’t care).
