Thanksgiving Recipe: Candied Yams

One of my favourite dishes at Thanksgiving, is the Candied Yams. Sometime it is referred to as Sweet Potato Casserole. I wanted to share my recipe with you. Ingredients: 6 large sweet potatoes 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 a bag of mini marshmallows Instructions: Peel your sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
