One of our regular Thanksgiving dishes is a pistachio pudding, or pistachio pudding salad. It is easy to make, very pretty to have on your plate, and the kids love it. Here is the recipe. Ingredients: 1 package pistachio pudding 1 can pineapple bits 1 cup coloured marshmallows 1 container cool whip 1/2 cup pistachios (optional) You can substitute white marshmallows and light cool whip if you would like.
