MY THOUGHTS

I’m a busy Mom and it can be hard to get out of the house to go to the gym, or to even get out for a walk where I can walk at a faster pace than the three year old who is with me. Your Shape Fitness Evolved gives me the opportunity to work out at home, while still having a variety of options and fitness routines to choose from.

I like it better than a work out video, because it actually has me on screen so I can see how I’m moving, and it uses green lines (guides) to show when I have my body in the right position, and white lines to show when I’m not in the right position. If you are goal oriented, like I am, the calorie count at the side is very helpful, and the countdown clock helps me to know when it will be done.

It’s not an easy workout. I did the boot camp, and I think I may have swore at the guy leading it. It’s probably a good thing I don’t go to a boot camp where there are people who can hear me. I will try it again though, because I won’t let that guy get the best of me, lol.

I am motivated by seeing my unfit body on the screen, and I like that I can choose to move to something more fun when I am not enjoying the workout anymore but I haven’t yet reached my goal for the day. I like the yoga and tai chi, and I enjoyed the dancing portion too. I could do Bollywood or Salsa and really enjoy myself while still getting a workout in.
