Today’s post will be short and honest. This week, I decided not to wear my armband. I actually decided not to wear it for a few hours because my arm was feeling irritated, and then I forgot to put it back on. I left for a trip for a couple of days, where I ate too much and indulged a little too much…then I came home and did a little more of that. Then I saw some pictures of myself that made me so sad, and instead of embracing the chance to fix it, I got depressed and ate my way through it.
And the result…I gained .2 lbs.
