March Break is just around the corner, and my kids are ready for it! I actually really enjoy when they are on holidays. It’s nice not to make them get up early and rush around to go to school, and I enjoy their company. This year, we don’t have anything planned for our spring vacation. My husband just returned to work after a long layoff, so time off isn’t possible, but we can still have some fun right here at home.

We have an endless supply of board games and building activities that the kids enjoy. It is sometimes hard to find something that works for all of their ages (my oldest already had his spring break, so this is just for the three youngest kids), so we often split up and do different things. Avery loves to play outside with her friends, while Griffin enjoys playing with blocks or cars, and Kellen loves to be on the computer. They all love the Children’s Museum in London, Ontario though, and I plan to take them there one of the days during spring break.

As a #KINDERMom, I am also able to entertain my kids with Kinder Eggs and the new toy collection. You can  check out the KINDER Canada Facebook page for a peek at the 2012 toy collection, great conversation, and exclusive monthly contests through the My Kinder Moments application. You could even win $500 towards the ultimate staycation!
