In the past two weeks, I have gone on two school trips with two of my children. Both trips involved visiting local park areas and exploring nature, which I think is a great thing, but it’s also a quick way to get dirty. On the kindergarten trip, Griffin explored the wooded areas and gathered up dirt, rocks, sticks, snails and bugs to show his friends. He was so proud of himself that he has continued his search for nature at home, and is constantly collecting creatures from the yard to show me.

Avery’s class trip was a little more hands on than Griffin’s. Her class pulled on their rubber boots and jumped into a stream with nets in hand to find water larva, bugs, fish and one group even found a little turtle! This involved reaching into the water and overturning rocks, scooping up the mud from the banks and searching through it for larva and just getting really dirty. It was a fun experience, but I was happy to get her home and to the sink to wash her hands, and I was really grateful for our Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap dispensers so her hands didn’t need to touch the taps!

My children have always been pretty good at remembering to wash their hands after using the washroom, but they need regular reminders to do it after playing outdoors or before they eat. It’s been much easier since we got the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap dispensers because they think they are fun to use, and they love the smell of the them too. I have to admit, I really like using them too. They are so easy!

This month Lysol has a special promotion on the Lysol Canada Facebook page. Starting May 21, Lysol® is giving away 2,500 free Lysol® No-Touch Hand Soap dispensers each week for 5 weeks! Just visit the Lysol® Canada Facebook page for more details!
