Setting Fitness Goals

My husband and I have been working hard to live a healthier lifestyle. We have both been running and trying to get into better shape, but we have different end goals. My first goal was to complete the fun run at the Disney Social Media Moms Conference, and I did that last month. My next goal, and my husband’s next goal, is to complete the Tower of Terror 5K run at Disney World in October. Ultimately I want to be able to complete a full marathon, but I’m sure I’ll make and reach several smaller goals along the way....
