CITY-ELITE-SINGLE-FULLWe love to visit Florida. Even though we have been multiple times, it is still the first place we think of when we talk about a family vacation. The cost of flying to Florida can be really high when you consider that we are traveling with five or six people, so we often choose to drive. The problem with driving is space! We need to pack our luggage for our stay, but also food and activities to get us through the long drive. This doesn’t leave a lot of room for extras, and it certainly does leave any room for a stroller. Of course, even when we are flying I don’t want to bring a stroller. I have seen a family’s very expensive stroller completely destroyed after going through the airline checked baggage and I wouldn’t want to deal with that.

Thankfully, we don’t have to bring a stroller with us while we travel. You may think that is because of my children’s ages, but that is not the case. My youngest child just turned six years old and he has a muscle disorder that causes him to become fatigued easily. He can not walk through Disney World day after day, so a stroller is an absolute necessity for us. Even if he didn’t have a muscle disorder I would want a stroller because it can be a long and exhausting day for little kids in a theme park. Since he is a little older, we need a stroller that will safely accommodate his weight. Orlando Stroller Rentals has exactly what we need.

I reserved the City Elite Single stroller for our last trip. We were beginning our stay in Florida at a vacation home and finishing at one of the Disney Resorts, and we were able to have the stroller delivered and picked up. When we arrived at our vacation house, the stroller was waiting for us at the front door! It came with a cooler bag, a rain cover, instructions on folding and unfolding, and some general information about the stroller.

The City Elite Single will hold a child that weighs up to 75 lbs, which means that any of my children would be able to sit in it if they were tired. My nine and ten year olds were too tall to ride comfortably, but they used it to take a seat when we were stopped and they needed a break. Griffin fit in the stroller well though, and he was able to ride in comfort and also take a nap when he needed to.

The thing that I loved most about this stroller was how easily it folded. We just had to ask Griffin to hop out, grab a strap on the seat and pull … and voila, it was all folded up! This is essential at a place like Disney World where we are boarding different buses and transportation that require the stroller be folded. I also loved that the brake was on the handle and that the storage under the seat was accessible from the sides, from behind and also by lifting up a flap on the footrest.

When it was time to go home, we had a cast member take our stroller to the resort front desk, where it was then picked up by Orlando Stroller Rentals. The whole process was so easy! I will definitely be using them for our future trips.
