A study has shown that using PURELL Advanced Hand Sanitizer three times a day for 30 days can help reduce the spread of illness-causing germs, and PURELL wants to put that to the test. They are spearheading a movement to encourage families to use PURELL Advanced Hand Sanitizer every day for 30 days to help control the spread of illness-causing germs.
We are part way through our 30-day challenge and so far we are staying on track. To help everyone in the family remember to use PURELL three times a day, I have strategically placed bottles of PURELL throughout the house. It can be found in the washrooms, in the kitchen, at my desk and by the front door. Since we are not always home, I have a travel bottle in my purse, one in each vehicle and every member of the family has a travel bottle for their lunch bags or backpacks. There is really no excuse to forget!
We are taking the 30-Day Challenge because PURELL products can help reduce the spread of illness-causing germs. There are so many things we can do to protect ourselves from illness when we are away from home. Avoid holding railings and washroom door handles. Use paper towels when turning public washroom taps on and off, and avoid touch your face or putting your hands in your mouth. These are all very realistic methods for adults, but less so for children. Kids hold railings and touch their faces and stick their fingers in their mouths. We can tell them not to do these things every day, but since it is still going to happen I use PURELL as a secondary measure for reducing the spread of germs.
There are prizes to be won by taking the challenge, so I invite you to sign up for the PURELL 30-Day Challenge and combat those germs along with my family.
