It’s the New Year and the resolutions are being made. Many people’s New Year’s resolutions include goals for healthy living. I know mine do! My first step is going to be to take the 14 day Activia Challenge. I want to incorporate probiotics into my daily nutrition, and with the variety of Activia (regular, fat-free, fibre and greek) as well as a wide array of flavours, I know I won’t get bored during the challenge.
The Activia Challenge in detail:
- The Challenge consists of eating two Activias a day for two weeks. *2 x 100 g.
