For pizza night this weekend, we tried a Dr. Oetker Panabello Country Pepperoni pizza and a Casa di Mama Deluxe pizza. My kids are not that adventurous when it comes to pizza and they are usually happy with a one topping pizza. I prefer a variety of toppings, so these two pizzas were the perfect mix for our family.
I moved the peppers over to one side of the Country Pepperoni so that the kids could have a pizza only slice each, while I got to try something with a few more toppings. Griffin didn’t even try his pepperoni, he just pulled it off and made himself a cheese pizza. As you can see, it made him happy to have it that way! They both enjoyed their pizza. I prefer a thinner crust than the Panabello offers, but the flavours were good.
The Deluxe Casa di Mama looked delicious to me. It is really my kind of pizza, with a thin crust and rising edge, and big chunks of veggies on top. I couldn’t wait to try it! It came out of the oven looking and smelling incredible, and it did not disappoint me. The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce and topping were delicious. My oldest son even had some, although he is picky like the rest of them and pulled off the veggies first.
The Deluxe Casa di Mama will be a regular on my shopping list now. I can’t wait to try some new Dr. Oetker pizzas on our next pizza night!
