Win an Oral Care Prize Pack {Canada} #PGMom

•

Did you know that approximately only three in ten Canadian adults claim to floss at least once a day, and about one in every two people have gingivitis? With April being National Oral Health Month, we think it’s the perfect time to rejuvenate your oral care routine and learn a bit more about how oral care affects your overall body health.

Dentists recommend brushing twice daily for two minutes, flossing once daily and using a rinse. In fact, Oral-B Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss is clinically proven to help reverse gingivitis in two weeks as part of a comprehensive dental routine.

Additionally, National Television Host and Practicing ER Physician, Dr. Travis Stork has partnered with Crest and Oral-B Pro Health to highlight the connection between Canadians’ oral care habits and their overall body health.

Did you know pregnancy and gum issues are often related? 70 per cent of all pregnant women suffer from inflamed gums, which is a sign of gingivitis. However, adopting a proper oral health care routine can help! For more tips and advice from Dr. Stork, check out the video on the Crest & Oral-B Facebook page.

I have a hard time finding any floss that doesn’t scare me. I am one those people that literally has nightmares about my teeth falling out! Flossing scares me and I am constantly trying to find a floss that isn’t too fat or makes me feel like I a ripping out my teeth when I bring it back down. I would like to find a good rinse too.
