Last month I shared a post with you demonstrating how well my daughter can make a mess, and what a great job Tide Ultra Stain Release did at cleaning up her messes. I’m back again this month, only it is Tide versus my teenage son!
As part of the Tide Ambassador program, I get to test Tide Ultra Stain Release against some of life’s most common and most challenging messes. Spills or normal, especially when you have children, so I’m getting the kids to help me see how well Tide stands up to their messes. Kellen is thirteen and he thought he was a little too cool to make a big mess, until he saw all of the fun his sister had! He stepped up to mess up a clean white shirt with some freshly squeezed orange juice.
He squeezed the orange onto the shirt and patted the mess in. In true teenage fashion, or at least in our attempt to imitate the reality of it all, We then threw the shirt downstairs and left it for a couple of days before throwing it into the washing machine in warm water with Tide Ultra Stain Release. We did not pre-treat it this time, because most of the time I wouldn’t even realize that there was a mess like this on my son’s clothing. Here are the results.
The colours are off because the pictures were taken on different days in different lighting, but there is no trace of the stain to be seen. Tide Ultra Stain Release removed the orange juice even when the shirt was left for two days and not pre-treated before washing. This is the type of stain power I need in my house! It ensures our clothing last longer and the laundry is a much easier and faster job.
Disclosure: I am a P&Gmom ambassador. As part of my affiliation with this group I receive products and have been compensated to put Tide to the stain test. The opinions on this blog are my own.
