With only a few weeks left of summer, we are getting ready for back to school. My most dreaded task of the school year is making lunches. My kids can be really picky and I’m always trying to come up with creative and new lunch ideas. They don’t like sandwiches made on regular bread, but they are open to subs and wraps if I put the right things inside.
Despite having kids who are pretty particular about what they eat, I am really lucky that they will eat salad. Caesar salad is their favourite, so a caesar wrap is a perfect lunch idea for them. I decided to make some for lunch at home to make sure everyone would eat them before I start packing them in their lunches. I had leftover turkey in the fridge, so I decided to make turkey Caesar wraps.

Two of my kids loved these wraps. The third felt there was too much dressing and that is something I can easily fix. I really like that this recipe used up our leftover turkey so we aren’t wasting food, and I love that the kids ate a healthy and filling lunch without any complaints. I will definitely be making these during the school year!
