Enjoy Your Favourite Shows on a Brand New Station #YESTV

•

Sheri

Summer is winding up, and that means that a new season of programs will be starting soon. A hot new entertainment destination is also gearing up to launch a fantastic fall season of shows. YES TV debuts this September and will exclusively air programs like The Biggest Loser, Judge Judy, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy. One of my favourite programs will be airing on YES TV too. The X-Factor UK will welcome Simon Cowell back to the judging panel!

My love for reality shows doesn’t end with The X-Factor UK. The Biggest Loser is another motivational program that you can find on YES TV. I find it very inspirational to watch people who have nearly given up, become empowered and gain their health and confidence back.

Almost every season of The Biggest Loser includes a very basic exercise for the contestants. They are required to walk, jog or run. They also do many other types of exercise with fitness equipment and weights, and I think it’s important to work different muscles and have a diverse exercise routine, but walking/jogging is something that almost anyone can do. It doesn’t require expensive equipment or a gym membership and the participant can set his or her own speed and distance. I always feel my healthiest when I am going for regular walks and runs each day. It can be a stroll around the block with the dog, a nature walk with the kids or a jog through town. However I do it, I always feel like I’m taking a positive step for my health when I’m done.

nature walk

You can watch the contestants of The Biggest Loser takes steps towards their health on Thursday nights at 8 pm in Ontario & at 9 pm in Alberta.

CLICK HERE to see why other women are looking forward to YES TV and can relate to their new fall line up.

You can also visit the NEW yestv.com website to check out their complete fall schedule. There are a lot of fantastic shows you won’t want to miss!

To celebrate the launch of YES TV, a lucky reader can win a complete home entertainment system! The contest is open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) and must be 18 years and older to enter. See full contest details and rules below. The contest ends October 12, 2014 at 23:59 pm EST.

It looks like this sttation has some of my favorite shows and is showing Simon Cowell in the UK I am one who can’t seem to empower myself due to health problems I just can’t shake and lost ym ability to walk more than a few steps and now eye sight, very hard to get empowered.

It would be amazing to have an individual or family win this entertainment centre. Someone that would never be able to provide their household with such a quality set-up such as this.
