On a cool fall day, beef stew is the perfect comfort food, but it requires a little planning. Generally, by the time I’m thinking I would like to make beef stew it is already far too late in the day to get the melt in your mouth tender beef that I love. Cardinal Ready Slow Cooked Diced Beef is already slow cooked to perfection and it’s ready to serve in just ten minutes, so I can just add my vegetables and broth and have that rich stew flavour in no time at all.

I adore a beef stew where the meat just falls apart in my mouth. I usually use a pressure cooker for mine, so much quicker than other methods. I’ve not heard of this firm before but I must admit I am very fussy with my meat.
