My children have been very challenging the last few days. We are considering building a padded room onto the house, preferably a sound proofed one, to ease some of the referree duties I have right now, but in the meantime I am enjoying bedtime…or at least enjoying when they finally stop carrying on in their beds and go to sleep…and sitting back with a cold drink to unwind. I’m not very fancy, I just enjoy a cold beer, but every now and then I think it would be nice to have a fancy drink. Since I love berries, I went looking for some berry cocktails to share with all of you, and possibly make myself some evening after the kids go to sleep.
