I picked up a few more Dr. Oetker pizzas this week, and we had our pizza night tonight. I chose a Casa di Mama pepperoni pizza and a Ristorante Veggie pizza for tonight’s meal. The pepperoni one would appeal to the kids, and the veggie one was more for my husband and myself. If there’s one way to make sure that we don’t have to share, it’s to add vegetables! I am not so particular though, so I tried a slice of the pepperoni pizza while I waited for my pizza to cook.
Like the other Casa di Mama pizzas, it has a thin crust with a rising crust on the outside. This time I realized that I was supposed to keep the parchment paper under the pizza while it cooked, and while I liked the first Casa di Mama pizza, we loved this one. Avery had 3 slices! And Kellen, who doesn’t like anything, said that it is his favourite pizza. I think I have to agree with him about the Casa di Mama pizzas. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other flavours.
I love vegetable pizzas, so I was excited to try the Ristorante Vegetable pizza. I love that it has big chunks of veggies and it also has a thin crust. It has a fresh and delicious taste, and the crust was also thin and crisp, not soggy at all. My husband usually likes some meat on his pizzas, but he tried this one because he said it looked good, and he also really liked it.
These are two more pizzas that we will be purchasing again! I’m looking forward to our next pizza night, and I hope that I can find the two pizzas that I want to try. You will have to wait a couple of weeks to find out what they are!
