Serve this sweet and sour sauce with meatballs or chicken, or on the side with an appetizer.

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup plum sauce


  1. Add all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Heat on low for 15-20 minutes, or until it thickens.
  3. Serve on the side or over your main course.
