What great ideas! I use mine for dry food storage and for toiletries like q-tips and cotton balls. Love Mason jars!

I knew a guy, a mechanic, who nailed the lids to the smaller mason jars to the underside of the shelf above his work space. The jars were filled with screws, nuts, nails, etc. He could unscrew the jar, retrieve what he needed, the screw the jar back into place. It was a great way to keep the little things sorted and keep his work table clear.

We reuse our jars – spaghetti sauce, especially! I wash them, remove the labels, and we use them mostly for baking mixes that I give as gifts during the holidays. I love recycling like that!

I love using vintage mason jars for everything besides jam…I use one under the kitchen sink to hold my daughters paint brushes!

I love all the uses for mason jars…I have so many that I haven’t used in years and when my Mom-in-law passed away I got all of hers. Outside of putting flowers in a few of them they just sit in the basement. You have given me some great ideas for the coming months…thank you for sharing.
