MY THOUGHTS
Toy Story and Buzz Lightyear have played a role in this family for sixteen years. Toy Story was the first movie I took my oldest son to when he was just four years old. I will never forget the awe on his face while he watched the movie, and since it was the first digitally animated movie I had ever seen, I was just as impressed. I bought him his own Buzz Lightyear action figure, and a Woody too…and they have been shared with all of the kids over the years.
We have seen each of the Toy Story movies at the theatres, with all of the kids as they reached movie going ages. Griffin was just barely three years old when we saw the last one, and he sat through the whole movie. He loves Buzz Lightyear. He loves the action figure that has been around for over a decade and seen better days, and this Command Center is the perfect toy for him, and any other little boy or girl who loves Buzz Lightyear.
I wish that it came with action figures, but they are relatively inexpensive, so it wasn’t a big deal. It has so many fun features to it, and buttons and sounds that kids love, that it is almost fun without the action figures!
