My family is taking the LEGO DUPLO 30 Days of Play Challenge. It doesn’t seem like it will be that challenging, to be honest. We love Lego Duplo. Building is a great learning activity and all of my kids love doing it. It’s one of the few activities that the kids can do together without fighting, and they actually like to help each other put sets together, which I love to see. If your kids love building too, you can join me in the 30 Days of Play Challenge!
Lego Duplo has partnered with Today’s Parent for one of their largest and most exciting campaigns ever. Each day, from February 27th through April 10th, LEGO DUPLO will be sharing one new way to play. Canadian moms can check the Today’s Parent website each weekday to see a new “play challenge” they can tackle with their little ones. I will checking the site each day and trying out the challenges here at home. You can get involved too! As well as taking part in the challenges on the Today’s Parent site, Moms will also be able to submit their own “play challenge” for the chance to win a trip for four to LEGOLAND Parks (Florida or California) and have their play idea featured in the calendar! The last five days of the 30 Days of Play Challenge will feature mom-generated ideas – it could be one of yours!
A bit about LEGO DUPLO:
LEGO DUPLO preschool building toys are specially-designed for the small hands and big imaginations of children aged 1½ – 5 years.
Playing with LEGO DUPLO builds key developmental areas including:
- Social development
- Ideas & creativity
- Counting numbers
- Shapes and colours
- Fine motor skills
- Bricks are twice the size of standard LEGO bricks, making them a great way to kick off a child’s building career. DUPLO is all about giving your child the opportunity to build, create, and develop while discovering so many ways to play!
We are so excited to be taking part in this challenge, and I hope you will take part too!
Disclosure – I am participating in the LEGO® DUPLO® program by Mom Central Canada. I received compensation for my participation in this campaign. The opinions on this blog are my own
