Recipe: St. Patrick’s Day Chocolates

•

I had fun with my last attempt at candy making, so I wanted to try it again. This time I whipped up some chocolates for St. Patrick’s Day. I think my second try at dipping chocolates was much better than my first! And they taste great too.

Holy crap! I can’t believe you made those – they look like a store bought chocolate! Very impressive indeed! 🙂 I have tried chocolate dipped pretzels – and yes, it’s a little more difficult then it looks to get them perfect

These look so good! Purdy’s Chocolates in BC seem to have a little competition…their Mint Chocolates are one of my favourites and my daughter loves any chocolate with mint inside. You did a great job dipping them…how did you do that without fingerprints?? lol The picture is too real for me and I think I shall have to go to the market to pick up a few of the ingredients that I don’t have on hand.
