Boredom runs rampant in my home when the weather isn’t nice. The kids fight over the computer and about what they can watch on television. They move from toy to toy and complain about there being nothing to do. I try to engage them in a board game or a movie, but eventually I just need a break! Kinder Surprises always bring out smiles in my kids, especially right now with the fun Transformers and Fairy toys.
Giving the kids a Kinder Surprise not only gets them to sit down and relax for a few minutes, but it’s also a fun surprise for each child. They get to reveal their new toy and put it together (when needed) and share their finds with each other. It is also a great break for Mom and Dad because we know that the kids will be happy for a little while. I have to admit, I also enjoy Kinder Surprises myself. The chocolate is really good and I don’t turn it down if the kids would rather focus on the toys.
I really like the Limited Edition boxes that let you know what type of toy is inside, because my daughter isn’t interested in Transformers and my sons don’t care about fairies. There are no disappointed kids with these Kinder Surprises! I prefer not to label them as toys for girls or toys for boys, but that is how it seems to work with my children. I’m sure there are little girls out there who are excited to get a Transformers toy and little boys who wouldn’t mind a fairy toy at all. With these limited edition boxes, they can choose whatever they like.
Since our last batch of Kinder Surprises we have been on the hunt for a Bumblebee toy and a Periwinkle toy. We haven’t found them yet but it’s fun to keep looking! Which Transformers or Fairy toys would you want to find?
