Smartphones are in the hands of most adults these days, not to mention teenagers and children! There are brands that dominate the market, but they are not the only brands available. You can find good quality smartphones that exceed your expectations without breaking the bank.
The ALCATEL ONETOUCH Idol™ 2 S is one of these phones. Here are some of the feature highlights:
- 5-inch HD display
- Access to Canada’s largest LTE network1
- 1.2 GHz quad-core processor
- Over 40 live and on demand channels with the Bell TV app
- 8 megapixel camera
It boasts a 5″ HD screen that displays runs on your photos or images beautifully. It also runs on Canada’s largest LTE network1, reaching super-fast maximum download speeds of up to 75 Mbps2, so you can surf, stream and browse faster than ever before.
I love the size of this phone. It has a large enough screen that it’s easy to see and type on screen, yet it’s thin and light so it’s not awkward to hold or carry. It is an Android phone, which I am very familiar with, so I found it easy to use and I liked the photo quality.
You can also get access to over 110 channels3 on the go with the Bell TV app. From sports and news to entertainment and kids’ programming, you can watch your favourite shows, wherever you are. This is perfect for my sports loving husband who can’t miss a game even when out of the house.
I would use this phone as my primary smartphone, and it’s also a great choice for the kids. It has all of the functions of any Android and is flashy enough to keep them happy, without the huge expense. You can get accessories for the Alcatel oneTouch Idol 2s as well, which is always an important feature.
One of my lucky readers will win an Alcatel oneTouch Idol 2s of his or her own.
