Make your produce go further with Juicepresso

•

We have become a juicing family over the last several months. Every morning I start the day with some fresh lemon juice and green tea, and we have enjoyed juicing many fruits and vegetables as a snack or during a cleanse. I have tried a few different juicers, including the Juicepresso.

juicepresso

The Juicepress is a cold-pressed juicer that is unique compared to the other juicers I have used. It’s differences include:

  • Patented one-piece extraction system (three-in-one extractor systems, merges the auger, strainer and rotating brush components and dishwasher safe and easy clean up).
  • Slow pressing with a 40-RPM motor, gently squeezes the last drop of juice, enzymes and nutrients from fruits and veggies— slowest on the market and more beneficial
  • 40% more juice
  • 72-hour juice life
  • The smallest footprint and lowest maintenance of any in-home slow juicer on the market
  • Make more than just juice, you can make soups, pancakes, almond milk, organic baby food, etc.

My biggest complaint about using a juicer is the clean up. The juicepresso has fewer pieces than some other juicers I have tried, so that makes clean up a little easier, but overall I would say it is comparable in terms of effort to clean. However, it produces more juice that is longer lasting so I can use it less often, meaning I don’t have to clean it as often. That is a definite plus.

I decided to make a green juice that I have made before because I know I like it and I know it usually produces about one glass of green juice (recipe below).

ingredients

Following the instructions with my Juicepresso, I first cut the ingredients into small enough pieces to go into the juicer and not jam it.

I started putting the ingredients into the top of the juicer and I was worried that it wasn’t working properly. It moves slower than I’m used to, and doesn’t make the loud grinding sound I’ve become accustomed to. Eventually I started seeing the juice and pulp come out of the machine and into the pitchers.

juicing

When it was all said and done, I had quite a bit of pulp and more juice than I expected to get. The Juicepresso definitely is more effective at pulling all of the juice from the fruit and vegetables.

pulp and juice

The Juicepresso expressed about 80% more juice than usual, meaning I had more green juice to drink for my health and well-being! This means my lemons will go further and save me money too, and I can juice 2-3 lemons at a time and have enough juice for three days. That is a real time saver!

  2. Cut everything into pieces that will fit in the juicer

I can’t seem to get into juicing. I have tried a couple times but never like the taste so I don’t stick with it.

I don’t mind juicing, but I just don’t like the big bulky machines, but this one is nice and small, and one I would get used to using!!

I love juice. I have a bigger machine, but would like to try this small one, it seems to work the same way. I must admit they hard a pain to clean, but it is worth it.

I have just looked up the Juicepresso on Amazon. It is pricey, but I think it is worth it. It goes in the dishwasher, and that would work for me several days of the week.

I must admit I have never tried a juicer. I have squeezed orange juice to make freshly squeezed orange juice. I think a juicer would be a healthy choice for sure.

I don’t juice, but a juicer that extracts more juice sounds like a great thing. I’m glad you found a machine that you like. Have you found a use for the leftover pulp?

Very unique juicer! I have used so may horrible juicers over the years where they don’t squeeze the entire juice out and I’m left with the wet soaking pulpy mess. I’ll have to consider this once my current juicer, a Breville, conks out!

This juicer is very cool! I’ve tried juicing many times, but never seem to keep it up; maybe this time!

I have a juicer and rarely use it because I don’t like to clean it and find it expensive. But I would like this one with fewer pieces and 40% more juice!
