I honestly don’t get into chocolate that much, but I do enjoy a truffle or two every now and then.

January 31-These Chocolate Truffles seem easy to make and are probably very delicious. I think i will use this recipe in my Christmas baking later on this year.

You did a great job. We make homemade chocolates, dipping techniques do improve with practice but it is also what gives them the “homemade” appearance which makes them even more special to share

I have the same problem with chocolate peanut butter balls. Making the center is the easy part. ‘Coating the balls in not really my forte. Other people do not seem to notice but I would like to be able to do a better job of dipping them in chocolate. Maybe, practice makes perfect or, at least, more desirable. Your truffles look really good to me.

oh man these look delicious..I will have to surprise my family and make some for out Boxing Day gettogether….I just hope I can leave them in the freezer fot the whole 30 minutes

I love truffles, I remember making them years ago from a recipe from a milk firm. I no longer have the recipe 🙁 but I know whipped cream was in them and they were marvellous – I really miss that recipe.
