Give the Gift of Memories with PhotoBox

•

Photos are taken at a rapid speed in today’s society. Snapshots taken with our phones, our cameras, our tablets…every memory is captured. But what happens to those photos? Many of them live and die with our technology, never making it to print.

With PhotoBox, you can create gifts that will keep your memories alive forever. Canvas prints, calendars and gift cards are just a few of the options available, but my personal favourite is the photo book. In just a few steps you can create a book of memories from your personal photos stored on your computer and your social media accounts.

The first step is to choose the type of book you want to create. I chose a premium hard cover photobook that is designed to lay flat. Next you choose your theme. There are many to choose from and you can browse them all online. Once those selections are made, you are ready to start uploading your photos.

As someone who stores most of my photos on Flickr, this option made things very easy for me. If you do choose to use photos from Instagram and Facebook, make sure you are using high quality images. PhotoBox will warn you if the quality is not high enough, but you can save yourself some time by only uploading print quality images.

Once you have uploaded all of your desired images, you can then go through them again and select specific ones, or you can simply add them all to your photobook. PhotoBox will create a book for you, or you can manually create your own book by choosing backgrounds, image layouts and illustrations.photobox 2

Upon completion, you can view your book before ordering. This is where PhotoBox will let you know if any of your images need to be replaced. Once you are satisfied with your book, you can place your order. My book took about a week to arrive, and I’m very happy with the results.

Pictures really don’t do the book justice. It will be something we treasure for years to come. Our next book will be made with PhotoBox’s new Christmas Corner. It’s full of inspirational content to give great ideas of what to create for Christmas.

Wow, some of those digital album creators can be intimidating! But this one sounds easy and convenient – they’ve thought of everything, no excuses!

This is a great idea! My pictures tend to live on my hard drive and never get printed.
