    Just had to double check that it can run off batteries as I’d like to give this to my grandson in Australia who I don’t believe has slept one night all the way through in fact he’s usually awake at least twice and sometimes for hours at a time. This might help him and he could turn it on himself since he’s now 4 yrs old.

    Currently I have such a hard time turning off my brain at night that I either use my ipad or my computer and head to youtube to play sounds…like crickets or rain/thunder, winter storms etc. YEP , my mind sometimes refuses to shut down (sorta like when I have run of the mouth and don’t shut up) so for me to even get 6 hrs of rest, I run something to distract my brain ..yeah this babies mine
