Dessert isn’t something we do often in this house but it is a sure way to brighten everyone’s spirits. Apple crisp has always been a popular treat here and I thought I would make it even more delicious by adding a cream cheese mixture. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I am so sorry to hear that your extended had several medical problems last year. Illness in one’s family is a time of worry and upset and several of these can certainly affect us in many ways. I am happy that the people involved are on the mend and you are able to get back to your job.
I entered the giveaways of several blogs and was very disappointed that, of the hundreds of contests I entered, I received only one giveaway. I decided that the time I spent in working at these giveaways was just not being spent profitably so stopped entering all of them about a month ago.
I wish you well and hope that you will have much success in the future. I also pray that your family members will have better health in the year ahead.
I enjoyed reading your posts and it it like saying goodbye to a friend. Thank you for your tips, recipes and giveaways. I plan on adding cream cheese to my Apple Crisp as well. The recipe sounds delicious.
Bye for now and all the best.
    Sincerely, Elva Roberts.
